Rouge Collections intends to grow this art form in Dubuque to eventually include vendor booths and the industry’s leading educators in upcoming years. Cosmetology/live runway art is underrepresented in this region and we believe that Rogue Collections can continue to put Dubuque on the map as creative leader in the cosmetology field and an arts destination. In addition, the show would positively impact the community by donating a portion of the proceeds to a local charity. Rogue Collections as chosen the Maria House & Teresa shelter: Opening Doors for the 2013 donation.
Rogue Collections
is laying the foundation for this event to showcase a unique art form while raising funds for future similar events. Additionally, in order to increase community outreach, a portion of the proceeds will be donated to Opening Doors: Maria House & Teresa Shelter.
The remaining proceeds will be set aside for Rogue Collections 2014 budget. Our current budget plans that all show expenses will come out of stylists pockets, potentially to be defrayed by affiliations, grant funding and sponsorships.
